Working in my fathers’ workshop on the Isle of Skye has given me a true sense of freedom.
I’m able to explore the wild and beautiful landscape of our island, while following in his footsteps by taking pride in every piece I design and make here.
Learning what inspires my father to such serious and painstaking work opens my eyes to how unique our business really is. I am fortunate to have a family trade which touched the ancient ones, inspiring them to create lasting beauty and incredible skills. I am honoured to be a part of this tradition, which always inspires me, both in my own pieces and in creating timeless commissions for my customers.
